Note: Products with eccentric sleeves are not recommended for applications where the direction of rotation changes, because changes in the direction of rotation can cause loosening of the eccentric sleeve. 1. Bearing with seat

Or the temperature rises sharply and the bearing is burnt out. When the inner bore of the bearing and the shaft are tight, it is recommended to use a pressure device to press the end face of the inner ring for installation.
2. Pre-tightened bearing seat
Excessive torque of the locking bolt may cause deformation of the bearing housing, and it is necessary to use the appropriate tightening torque to lock the bolt. Zhongda Bearing recommends that the locking bolt be used with a gasket when installing the bearing housing, because if the locking is used alone Bolt lock
Holding the bearing housing, the locking bolt may damage the bearing housing.
3. Install eccentric sleeve
Fit the eccentric sleeve to the boss of the inner ring, and manually turn the eccentric sleeve in the direction of shaft rotation to temporarily tighten.
4. Turn the eccentric sleeve
Insert a tool bar into the cylindrical concave hole of the outer diameter of the eccentric sleeve, and hit the tool bar to make the eccentric sleeve rotate in the direction of shaft rotation and tightly hold the installation shaft.
5. Lock the eccentric sleeve
Tighten the jacking screw on the eccentric sleeve to the shaft. Refer to Zhongda Bearing Product Manual for recommended tightening torque.
6. Retighten the bearing seat
Excessive torque of the locking bolt may cause deformation of the bearing housing, and it is necessary to use the appropriate tightening torque to lock the bolt.
