1. Check the accuracy of the shaft

Before installing the bearing, first check whether the dimensional tolerance of the shaft is qualified, whether the shaft is bent, bruised, burred, etc., and add some lubricating oil to the shaft.

 2. Check the rigidity and flatness of the mounting surface

The rigidity of the frame with the bearing installed should be sufficient, and the flatness of the installation site should not be greater than 0.15mm.

3. Mounted bearing

To avoid hitting the bearing with a metal object such as a hammer for installation. Especially for bearings with retaining ring seals, when the bearing is struck, the retaining ring may be displaced inwards, contacting the inner sealing ring and causing friction during operation, causing the bearing to fail to rotate

Or the temperature rises sharply and the bearing is burnt out. When the inner bore of the bearing and the shaft are tight, it is recommended to use a pressure device to press the end face of the inner ring for installation.

 4. Pre-tightened bearing seat

Excessive torque of the locking bolt may cause deformation of the bearing housing, and it is necessary to use the appropriate tightening torque to lock the bolt. Zhongda Bearing recommends that the locking bolt be used with a gasket when installing the bearing housing, because if the locking is used alone Bolt lock

Holding the bearing housing, the locking bolt may damage the bearing housing.

5. Tighten the bearing jack

The torque for tightening the top wire is the recommended torque.

6. Retighten the bearing seat

Excessive torque of the locking bolt may cause deformation of the bearing housing, and it is necessary to use the appropriate tightening torque to lock the bolt
